Creating Trustworthy and Inclusive Digital Public Services for Migrants in Finland
Trust-M is a partnership between Aalto University, University of Helsinki, Tampere University, University of Vaasa and City of Espoo. The project aims to create trustworthy digital public services for improved integration of migrants in Finland, strengthening Finnish society through increased inclusion and economic vibrance.
Trust-M is part of the SHIELD program funded by Strategic Research Council (SRC). The project started in 2022, and after three fruitful years of research, a second funding period was granted, which will last until the fall of 2028. While we continue researching the topic in this second part, we have shifted focus to emphasise more sharing the knowledge gained so far.
