Uutiskirje nro. 2 / Newsletter No. 2:
In this issue, we explain how our University of Vaasa team is developing new ways to understand trust, care, and a sense of belonging in AI-assisted public services, especially from the perspective of migrants’ everyday lives. You will also find a list of our latest publications, which address topics such as access to information, cultural inclusion, AI tools, privacy, and participatory cross-cultural research.
In addition, we share three recommended reads, discuss our participation in the DigiUp launch event, and introduce two upcoming opportunities to get involved in our activities: a NordiCHI workshop on the role of intermediaries in digital public services, and a study circle for public sector practitioners working with digitalisation, care, and inclusion.
